Cecilia Rolando

Cecilia Rolando is the illustrator of Searching for Blue Bears. She is a visual artist and designer who grew up in Ely, Minnesota. She earned a B.A. in Art at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, then studied and worked in graphic arts before eventually resettling in her hometown, where she plays an active part in the arts community. A productive artist whose life and house are arranged around her art interests, Cecilia finds inspiration through her childlike curiosity. The pursuit of art serves her well, providing challenge, stimulation, and satisfaction, as well as entertainment.
